Great family amenities, but crowded pool

Enjoyed our time at the Mercure Han-Sur-Lesse, especially the comfy family room setup and convenient location near the caves. The kids loved the outdoor play area!

The pool area felt neglected, with cold water and no proper storage for clothing. Parking was a hassle. We had to park several blocks away instead of near the hotel.

Location really close to the main attraction in the region and 300 m from the departure for Han caves and Han-sur-Lesse. Good food selection on continental breakfast.

The staff was friendly and helpful 😊, but I faced issues with the water temperature in my room. A cozy atmosphere overall! 🌟

The rooms where brand-new and good-sized with nice decor and hypoallergenic pillows. Plus it had beautiful view of river. The hotel was placed in the central location next to The Grottes tram station.

Some of the staff were kind of rude.

Possibly the best and very enjoyable stay on both nights of our stay. Top and peaceful location in a perfect area so close to The Grottes tram station as well as 300 m from the departure for Han caves. Brand-new and reasonably large room with all the amenities, bunk beds, nice dining table, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety. Plenty of goodies for breakfast.

The pool was nice for the kids, but the heating was noisy at night.

Really good Stay with Wonderful Comfort!

The staff's attentiveness, especially with their swift responses to our group's needs. The cozy Classic Twin Room was a perfect mix of comfort and style. Don't miss out on the delectable breakfast options, a real treat!

the air-conditioning was not working (very frustrating). the room was clean and had a nice modern design. breakfast options were extensive (loved the fresh pastries! ). staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The restaurant setup feels more like a conference center, leaving you hanging if you're looking for a decent evening meal. Parking's a hassle, too. You might find yourself several blocks away instead of right outside. The breakfast was a disappointment-old bread and barely warm cooked items. Add in cold pool water that's less than inviting and some air conditioning issues, and you've got a mixed bag for your stay.

The King Suite with Bunk Bed was pretty comfy for our family! We liked that the layout gave us some privacy, with the kids' bunk bed tucked behind the bathroom. Plus, the kitchenette was a handy touch for quick meals. We enjoyed a calm night in a clean space, and the room felt spacious enough-definitely better than many places we've stayed in France!

Breakfast offered an excellent selection of regional products, and the multilingual staff were attentive. The reception experience was inadequate as the staff appeared unfriendly and unhelpful were nice. Be aware that all restaurants are closed on Mondays, which may limit dining options after a long day of exploring.

We had a nice large room perfect for our family, with two double beds. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and attentive staff. The location was also excellent, as the caves and park were just a short walk away.
